At HSI HandsHQ, we're always looking for ways to make safety simpler and more connected. That's why we're excited to introduce something many of you have been asking for - an integration between HandsHQ RAMS and Simpro.
The new integration automates how your RAMS documents are created, updated, and shared between the two systems. That means less admin, fewer mistakes, and a smoother workflow for your whole team.
Automatically create RAMS
Whenever you create a new job in Simpro, a matching RAMS is automatically created in HandsHQ, with key job details like customer name, job reference, and start date pre-filled. This saves you time and reduces manual work, so your team can focus on what really matters: creating accurate, site-specific risk assessments.
Stay in sync with every update
When job details change in Simpro, those updates automatically sync to HandsHQ. Your RAMS always reflect the latest job information, keeping everything consistent and accurate.
Seamless RAMS upload to Simpro
Once your RAMS is approved in HandsHQ, the final PDF is automatically uploaded back to the related job in Simpro. And when you create a new version, it syncs back too, replacing the previous attachment so everyone is always working from the latest approved document. From field teams to managers, the whole team has the right documents in one place.
Control when RAMS are created
Not every job needs a RAMS, and no two teams work in quite the same way. So you can decide how the integration behaves for each type of Simpro job, including service, project, prepaid, recurring, and maintenance jobs.
- Use the default setup to create or update a RAMS whenever a job is created or changed.
- Or set your own rules, using a job's status codes or custom fields to control exactly when a RAMS is created.
This gives you full control over which jobs flow into HandsHQ, and which do not.
Made for multi-division and multi-site teams
If you manage work across multiple sites, divisions, or even multiple Simpro companies, the integration scales with you. You can send different types of jobs to different HandsHQ divisions, and connect more than one Simpro company or account to a single HandsHQ account. However your business is structured, your RAMS end up in the right place automatically.
